We want Frontier Models to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
What we do
We build accessibility into the publication rather than relying on an overlay. Our theme uses semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus styles, readable contrast, responsive layouts, labeled forms, alternative text for informative images, and accessible tables for chart data.
We test representative pages in light and dark modes at desktop and phone widths. Our checks include automated WCAG tests and manual review of keyboard use, focus order, zoom, reflow, headings, links, forms, images, and data displays.
Known limitations
Some third-party pages, embedded material, linked documents, or source media may not meet the same standard. When we control the presentation, we work to provide meaningful labels, captions, transcripts, tables, or another accessible alternative. We also review new page types and reader reports as the site changes.
